Daily Logs is built to be private. Here is exactly what it does with your data, which is to say, nothing leaves your phone.
Data we collect: none
The app does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server. Everything you create, including templates, sessions, sets, notes, photos and settings, is stored only on your device. There is no account and no sign-up.
Camera and photos
You can attach an optional photo to a post-workout summary. Photos are chosen with your permission and stay on your device. They are never uploaded or shared.
Notifications
The app uses local notifications for the rest timer and workout reminders. They are generated on your device and are not sent to any server.
Software updates
The app may download over-the-air updates through Expo (expo.dev). Delivering an update uses standard technical information such as the app version and platform, only to serve the correct update. It does not identify you and is not used for tracking. Expo's privacy policy is at https://expo.dev/privacy.
Deleting your data
You are in control. Remove everything from Settings, Clear all data, or by deleting the app from your device.
Children's privacy
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
